Terms and Conditions


1. Only order when you are 100% sure of purchasing the items. Otherwise, please send your enquires to ms.celvin@gmail.com

2. Proceed on the payment when we have place a confirmation letter to you, Thank You.

3. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the confirmation letter sent to you. If not, the item will be let out to other buyers who are interested.

4. We only accept POSB/DBS bank transfer or Internet Banking transfer only.

5. Meet up is possible at any MRT stations provided the availability of us. A transportation charged of $1 would be charged on you.

6. All goods sold are non refundable unless subjected to spoil or dirty items. A picture must be taken to show as a prove.

7. Ms.Celvin serves the rights on authorising every photos taken from Ms.Celvin.blogspot.com

8. Ms.Celvin would blacklist any customers who ordered and refused to pay up and would be listed on the blacklist page (If neccessary)

9. Ms.Celvin serves the right to amend the T&C at any point of time.



Frequent Asked Question

1. How long do I have to wait after you have placed an order?

All bags in Ms.Celvin is ready in stock, once you have made your payment, we will try our best to deliver your items within 2 to 3 working days (By registered mail) and 2 to 5 working days (By normal mail)


    2. How much is the postage fee if I would like to buy more than 2 items

    Normal Mail
    1-2 Items : $1.50
    3-4 Items: $2.00

    Registered Mail
    1-2 Items : $3.50
    3-4 Items: $4.50


    3. What happens when there is lost of mails?

    Ms.Celvin will not be responsible for any lost of mails via Normal Mailing. Hence, it is better that your posted via registered mail.


    4. What happens when there is major stains or spoil on the items?

    All goods sold are non exchangable or refundable unless there is major stains or spoil on the items. Please take a picture and sent it to us and we will verify if there is a need for exchange of items. However, return postage will be charged by you.


    5. Is there any back orders for the items?

    Ms.Celvin does not have any back order for items as all our items are delicately selected where most of our design are unique (1 or 2 quantities per design). So if you like it, buy it before it is gone.


    6. Ms.Celvin logo printed in Ms.Celvin uniquely bags.

    Yes! We designed bags just for our own branding=) Hence, every bag is unique and nice.

    For Singapore Orders Only

    Normal Mail (Highly NOT recommended)
    We would like to bring to your attention that we are NOT responsible for any lost of mails for the Normal Mailing.

    Make sure that your letterbox is cleared for the postman to put in your items. For bulky items (2 items above) please ensure that there is someone at home to recieve the parcels.

    If you want to opt for the normal mail, there is a $1.50 for normal mail to be charged on you.


    Registered mail (recommended)
    The package will be delivered to your doorstop by the postman. Tracking number is made available. In any case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your doorstep and you can collect your parcel at the nearby post office.

    Registered mail postage is charged at $2.50 to the normal mail postage, which add up to be $4.00 for the postage fees.
